Located in the heart of Dubai, this mixed-use development features two striking towers: a 45-story office tower and a 47-floor residential tower with 426 units. The towers' unique scale and massing create a striking contrast with the nearby Burj Khalifa and Emirates Towers. The office tower serves as a prominent commercial hub, while the residential tower is designed to provide a comfortable and luxurious living space. A shared podium connects the two towers, offering a range of amenities, including retail, leisure facilities, and convenient parking options.
The comprehensive development spans 28,825 square meters and includes seven levels of car parks and service facilities. A beautifully landscaped concourse level provides additional retail and leisure amenities, creating a vibrant and dynamic public space. The design, led by Hopkins Architects and completed in 2014, aimed to harmonize with the existing developments along Sheikh Zayed Road.
As a key team member, Marc Northstar contributed to the project's success by creating a detailed physical 3D model of the twin towers during the schematic design phase. His technical expertise enabled the team to visualize the design and make necessary adjustments to meet the client's specific needs and specifications. Through his work, Marc played a pivotal role in shaping the final product and ensuring its alignment with the project's goals.
